You cracked my transfer case on a simple fluid change last October, now this week you half way checked for an emissions issue I have smelling exhaust in the cabin of the truck when stopped at a light or in traffic with the heater or air on,. I also asked to have the joints around the tires checked, because there seems to a rough bounce when I hit bumps. I think ball Joints may be going out. But not a word on this . Susan did a great job of explaining things to me, but, as of right now I have zero confidence the technicians in the back.Response from Team Chevrolet GMC of Boone
